Fugitive Priest May Be Extradited

Belgium: Canada is working with the Belgian government to send a Catholic priest to Nunavut to face child sex charges.

Prosecutors in Iqaluit, along with Canada's Justice Department and the Belgian government, are aiming to extradite Rev. Eric Dejaeger, 63, who has been on Interpol's list of wanted fugitives for "crimes against children" since a warrant for his arrest was issued by the Nunavut Court of Justice in April 2002.
